Hello, my darlings. Today my little helper and I wanted to show you how we are making our hamburgers. It was so easy, and they turn out so good. He’s been really into cooking with me lately, and I’m loving this new phase he is going through. I hope it lasts a bit longer because we are having so much fun.
For our burgers we used:
500g of ground meet
salt, white pepper, grounded garlic,
We put all the ingredients in the bowl, mixed them, and shape them into little balls, and then made little burgers. We cooked them in the ear frier on 200C.
For toppings, we used cabbage salat with acetic balsamico, burger mix topping, and melted cheese topping.
