Hello, my darlings. Today, I wanted to share with you probably the easiest, and most delicious peas and nacho shells recipe. It is so simple, your kids can even help you prepare it. And you can use tortilla chips instead of nacho shells, and it will still be extra delicious.
Ingredients: 200 g of meat ( any meat will do), you can use veal, pork, chicken meat. Whatever you like. Red onion, 2 carrots, a bag of frozen peas, vegetable soup cubes, and seasonings. Nacho shells, or tortilla chips.
Chop meat into the small cubes and cook them with little oil and 1tbsp of Apple vinegar ( it will help the meat to soften up faster). Cook it for about 20 minutes, and don’t forget to add 1 glass of water, you don’t want the meat to burn. After 20 minutes add red onion, carrots, and peas, soup cubes, and water, but not too much water, just enough to cover everything. And cook for another 40 minutes. In the end, you can add salt, pepper, garlic powder. Serve it with crushed nacho shells or tortilla chips.
